Description
The Governor's Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation, through the State Policy and Planning Division and California Fifth Climate Change Assessment, is seeking videography and related storytelling services for the Resilient California Summit. The contractor will provide pre-production planning, creative development, interview planning, onsite filming, professional equipment, participant releases and permissions, footage management, editing, graphics, music and stock-footage licensing, and post-production services. Deliverables include an approximately five-minute flagship video, approximately six videos of up to 60 seconds, one approximately 30-second video, approximately seven approximately 15-second videos, final files suitable for digital, presentation, and social-media use, and organized production files and footage. Services will include onsite work during the October 20–22, 2026, summit, with additional planning and post-production work performed onsite or remotely as approved. The maximum project amount is $19,999, and the agreement term is October 12, 2026, through February 12, 2027.
