Description
The Greater Freeport Partnership is seeking a qualified content creator, videographer, photographer, or creative professional to produce authentic, efficient short-form content highlighting local businesses, community events, destinations, and experiences. The scope includes local business feature videos and event feature videos for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, advertising, and other promotional channels. For each business feature, the vendor will coordinate filming, spend approximately 15–20 minutes on location, capture video and available still photographs, edit one 30–60 second social-media-ready video, and deliver the finished video, raw clips, and available images within seven calendar days. Event assignments include up to one hour of on-site filming and delivery of one 30–60 second edited video and available still photographs within seven calendar days. Proposals must describe relevant experience, provide at least three portfolio examples, explain the proposed approach, provide per-video pricing for business and event features, and describe availability during the contract term. The anticipated term is October 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with no guaranteed minimum quantity of work.
