Description
The Pacific Community is seeking consultancy services to promote and engage its community-based fisheries management community of practice through a Facebook group and related communication activities. The contractor will develop and maintain content calendars; produce social media posts, videos, infographics, webinar materials, case studies, interviews, and other multimedia content; encourage practitioner participation; promote the Echoes of Oceania platform; and support online events and regional communications. The scope includes coverage of two regional events, production of video testimonies, monitoring and reporting insights for 2026 and 2027, and design and implementation of a regional Facebook competition. The contractor must demonstrate extensive digital and strategic communications expertise, content-creation experience in French and English, Pacific-region community-engagement experience, and at least five years of digital-sector experience. The engagement is milestone-based with a lump-sum financial proposal and requires technical and financial proposal forms, a conflict-of-interest declaration, business registration certificate, company or individual experience information, team CVs or professional profiles, a workplan and methodology, and at least two similar-project examples from the last five years. Travel expenses must not be included in the proposal; travel will be arranged by the Pacific Community.
