The California Highway Patrol is soliciting pricing for a three-year Recast Software renewal covering the Essentials Bundle—RCT, EI, AM, and Premium Support—and Application Workspace-Cloud. Year 1 also includes one-time standard onboarding. The agreement is structured as three consecutive one-year terms from October 19, 2026, through October 18, 2029, with electronic delivery of the software to the CHP information-technology administration email address. Responses must include the completed quotation and required attachments, including the Bidder Declaration, Payee Data Record, Recycled-Content Certification, Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality Statement, Darfur Contracting Act Certification, and California Civil Rights Laws Certification. The solicitation states that electronic bid submissions are not allowed through the event platform, but the attached quotation permits responses by email or fax to the procurement official; the quotation also requires all applicable forms and the completed cost worksheet.
