Description
The City of Vancouver, Washington, on behalf of INLINE Construction, its general contractor/construction manager, is seeking a lump-sum subcontractor bid for roof hatch installation as part of the Vancouver Fire Station 8 seismic upgrade. The scope includes furnishing and installing a prefabricated insulated roof hatch assembly, curb, hardware, interior and exterior access hardware, a ladder-up safety post, and a roof-hatch safety railing or gate system. The subcontractor must verify field conditions, coordinate with related trades, provide blocking and supports, install flashing, membrane transitions, insulation, counterflashing, sealants, and weatherproofing, and complete operational testing and cleanup. Work must comply with the project drawings, specifications, OSHA requirements, applicable codes, and the project schedule. The bid is a lump-sum electronic submission and must include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, testing, and incidental work necessary for a complete installation.
