Description
The City of Vancouver announces that, beginning October 1, 2026, all new city solicitations will be posted to SOVRA, its new e-procurement platform. Vendors may register for SOVRA at no cost. Projects previously posted in Bonfire will remain in Bonfire through completion. This notice does not require vendors to submit a proposal.
