Description
The City of Vancouver is seeking a consultant to redesign, develop, migrate content to, host, and provide extended support for its cityofvancouver.us website. The project includes information architecture, user experience and visual design, WordPress development, content migration and creation, testing, training, launch, technical support, and web-server security management. The solution must support high performance and 99.9% uptime, 24/7 technical support, accessibility workflows and full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, Gravity Forms migration, publishing approvals, responsive design, multilingual content, search, events and news features, park-finder functionality, embedded third-party content, Azure SAML/AD 2.0 single sign-on, security controls, geographically separated data centers, and ongoing hosting and support. Proposals are limited to 30 pages, excluding specified items and attachments, and must include a cover letter, project approach and understanding, proposer capabilities and qualifications, at least three recent local-government references, a fixed cost proposal, and the required General Information Form.
