Description
The Washington State Department of Transportation is soliciting a contractor to construct compact roundabouts at the intersections of NE 3rd Street and SE Robinson Road on SR 500 in Clark County. The work includes roadway excavation, embankment compaction, shoulder finishing, bituminous pavement planing, hot-mix asphalt paving, textured and pigmented concrete pavement, curbs and gutters, drainage ponds and ditches, erosion control, illumination, permanent signing, pavement markings, guardrail, fencing, landscaping, and traffic control. The project involves 86 bid items, has an estimated value of $3,000,000 to $4,000,000, and is expected to require 46 working days. It is federally funded and includes an 18% federal small business enterprise goal. Bidders must acknowledge Addendum No. 1; the addendum states that the bid opening is November 4, 2026.
