Description
The City of Vancouver is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional consulting services for the Fourth Plain Boulevard Mobility Improvements Project. The project will provide bicycle and pedestrian facility improvements and is funded with federal and state funds. The agreement must follow the Washington State Department of Transportation Local Agency Guidelines Manual and all rules, regulations, statutes, and policies required by the funding sources. The solicitation is for engineering and related professional services rather than construction work.
