Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price offer for four brand-name STERIS AMSCO 7052HP cabinet-mounted washer/disinfectors and an integrated automated conveyor and handling system. The requirement includes RAS cleaning capability, thermal disinfection, integrated cycle monitoring and printing, transfer-cart interfaces, racks, carts, tags, installation kits, hoses, and drain connection kits. The contractor must provide a complete turnkey solution, including design and project coordination, de-installation and disposal of four existing washer units, delivery, rigging, installation, utility connections, integration, testing, validation, on-site training, written operating instructions, and a first-year preventive maintenance plan. The maintenance plan includes preventive maintenance, safety tests, calibrations, unscheduled repairs, 24/7 telephone support, and specified response and repair times. Offers must include separate technical and price proposals, the completed Required Information Sheet, company and point-of-contact information, pricing, delivery and warranty information, and technical literature demonstrating compliance. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror, and CMMC Level 1 compliance is mandatory.
