Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for one laryngoscope set, NSN 6515-01-519-4529. The requested set is fiber optic and includes Miller blades sizes 0–4, an anesthesia medical handle, and a slim AA case. The bidder must specify the source and part number supplied; the listed product is Welch Allyn, Inc., part number 68696, CAGE 05CJ3. Alternate offers require complete technical data sufficient for evaluation. The item is an FDA-regulated Class I device and must meet applicable registration, listing, labeling, and good manufacturing practice requirements.
