Description
SUNY Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase infusion pumps and related products from ICU Medical Sales Inc. through a Vizient contract under New York State discretionary procurement authority. The procurement is for commodities and may proceed without a formal competitive process when justified by price; vendors offering equivalent infusion pumps and related products may contact the hospital to discuss the procurement. The contract term is stated as September 10, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The successful contractor must provide current New York State workers’ compensation and disability forms and complete documents related to New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k and the Public Officers Law. Vendors are also advised to complete the New York State Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire through the VendRep System or submit the applicable paper questionnaire.
