Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for one stainless-steel surgical instrument stand, NSN 6530-01-559-0538, part number 0668867000. The stand must adjust from 39 1/2 to 62 inches, include casters and an automatic locking device, and operate by a foot-controlled lift and lowering mechanism with a guard to prevent accidental release. The item must be corrosion-resistant, packaged and marked in accordance with the stated medical packaging and marking requirements, and delivered FOB destination within five days after order. Offerors must identify the source and part number supplied; alternate offers require a complete data package for evaluation. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside, and quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
