Sante Quebec Mauricie-et-Centre-du-Quebec - Universitaire is seeking a single supplier responsible for the complete solution for surgical laparoscopy video systems, including all equipment, accessories, and related services. The systems are intended for operating rooms at two healthcare facilities. The contract will cover the equipment and accessories listed in the pricing schedule for a maximum period of three years, and award will be based on the lowest compliant price. The pricing schedule and contract specifications must be completed electronically using the designated Excel workbooks available through the SEAO digital pricing-schedule option. All other requested annexes must be completed by hand or with software that permits writing directly on PDF files; no Word document will be provided. The submission deadline is October 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EDT.
