Santé Québec – Montérégie-Centre intends to acquire two surgical consoles for ultrasonic bone dissection, together with the consumables required for their use. The equipment would be purchased directly from Bioventus Canada ULC, which would also supply the consumables throughout the three-year agreement. This is an Advance Contract Award Notice. Suppliers have until the stated deadline to demonstrate that they could submit a proposal or otherwise challenge the proposed direct award. No bid security or performance security is required, and no applicable trade agreements are identified in the notice.
