Description
Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase FlowRunner Aspiration System products manufactured by FlowPhysix Inc. under its discretionary purchasing authority pursuant to New York State Education Law Section 355(5)(A), with an indicated procurement limit of up to $125,000. No sealed bid will be held; interested vendors must contact the designated campus contact within 15 business days of the advertisement notice. The procurement is subject to New York State lobbying requirements. The successful contractor must complete and submit Vendor Responsibility documentation, documents related to New York State Finance Law Section 139 and New York State Tax Law Section 5-a, and current New York State workers’ compensation and disability forms. FlowPhysix Inc. is identified as having received an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years.
