Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to establish a sole-source contract for maintenance and repair services for two AC3 Pinnacle Balloon Pumps. The anticipated requirement includes a base year plus two option years and covers preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting, diagnostic services, replacement of covered defective parts, testing and calibration, service documentation, and applicable software or hardware updates. The current notice is for market research and capability information rather than a binding solicitation. Respondents must demonstrate that they are the original equipment manufacturer or an OEM-authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, and should provide estimated market-research pricing. Responses must include business information, a point of contact, SAM Unique Entity ID, NAICS code, business size and socioeconomic status, authorization documentation, and any applicable GSA or Federal Supply Schedule contract number.
