Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District, intends to issue a commercial firm-fixed-price services order on an 8(a) sole-source basis for new office furniture at the Wynne Area Office. The contractor must furnish, deliver, and install the furniture, provide all required labor, equipment, materials, and related operations, and remove all packaging materials and debris generated by the installation. This is a special notice for informational purposes and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms may submit a statement of capability with detailed technical information, technical literature, and past-performance references demonstrating their ability to perform the requirement. The Government may award without further notice and will not award a contract based on the information submitted in response to this notice.
