Description
Environment and Climate Change Canada is soliciting a complete product offering under Product Category 3 of the Supplier's Furniture Supply Arrangement. The requirement includes 125 free-standing, keyed pedestals with box/file drawers and 95 personal storage towers. The pedestals must fit beneath fixed-height work surfaces and support those surfaces; bidders must provide manufacturer and series names, model numbers, catalog prices, discounts, unit prices, extended totals, and available finishes. The contractor must deliver the furniture, unload it, move it to the specified location, and coordinate delivery and installation. Standard lead time is stated as 8–10 weeks. The products are subject to a 10-year warranty, except user-adjustable components, which have a five-year warranty. Selection will be based on the lowest evaluated price among responsive bids.
