Description
The Arkansas Army National Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for 442 new, commercial-grade furniture units for recruiting offices, Recruit Sustainment Program locations, and staff offices. Required items include workstation desks and chairs, guest and conference chairs, reception desks, conference and testing tables, couches, loveseats, lounge chairs, coffee and end tables, bookshelves, and divider partitions. Equivalent products are acceptable if they meet or exceed the stated requirements for dimensions, materials, finishes, capacities, functionality, and appearance. The contractor must provide product submittals for Government review before ordering, then deliver, unload, assemble, install, level, anchor where required, and place the furniture at 13 Arkansas locations. The scope also includes coordinating site access and installation, removing and lawfully disposing of designated existing furniture, removing packaging and debris, correcting deficiencies, and providing warranty documentation. Delivery and installation must be completed within 180 days after receipt of order. Quotes must include technical descriptions, CLIN pricing for all 13 locations, acknowledgment of the delivery timeline, and the vendor's CAGE code, UEI, and point-of-contact information.
