Description
The Massachusetts Port Authority is procuring a turn-key Emergency Alert Notification System and Alert 3 crash phone replacement for Boston Logan International Airport, L.G. Hanscom Field, and Worcester Regional Airport. The solution must use an open, industry-standard SIP/IP architecture with off-the-shelf hardware and software, support centralized administration across all three airports, and provide highly available, redundant emergency communications without a single point of failure. The scope includes emergency alert initiation and routing; SIP phones, listen-only devices, strobes, tones, speakers, and other endpoints; integration with telephony, Motorola radio, PBX, public-address, recording, dispatch, and downstream notification systems; recording, logging, monitoring, diagnostics, cybersecurity, installation, testing, parallel operation and cutover, training, operating documentation, warranty, support, and maintenance. Proposers must address every technical requirement, provide optional-item pricing, demonstrate at least ten years of relevant airport EANS experience, and submit three relevant airport EANS project references from the past five years.
