Stony Brook University Hospital is seeking one year of premium full-service maintenance for two NeuroLogica CereTom NL3000 mobile CT systems, serial numbers 00508 and 00516. The contract period is August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027. Required coverage includes unlimited service visits, annual preventive maintenance, replacement parts, labor, travel, operating-software support, safety and regulatory updates, and 24/7 emergency telephone consultation. Standard on-site service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., seven days per week, including holidays, with technicians generally dispatched within 24 hours.
