SUNY Stony Brook University Hospital is seeking a TiCrypt secure enclave: an institutionally managed, on-premises environment for storing, processing, and analyzing sensitive NIH and clinical research data, including Controlled Unclassified Information and other datasets subject to contractual or regulatory security requirements. The infrastructure must provide computing capacity for secure biomedical research, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other data-intensive workloads, with access controls, data isolation, auditing, and monitoring. The procurement is identified as IFB#2627-017 and has a six-month contract term. Bid documents must be requested from the designated procurement contact by email. The opportunity includes a 6% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business goal, 15% Minority-Owned Business goal, and 15% Woman-Owned Business goal.
