Description
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority seeks qualified firms to provide on-call, as-needed architectural, design, engineering, planning, and technical services under a General Engineering Contract. Services will be issued through task orders and will support capital planning and the transition of transportation infrastructure and facility projects into design and construction. Potential work includes feasibility studies, asset inspections and condition assessments, maintenance-record reviews, life-cycle cost analyses, value engineering, permitting assessments, project scoping, project charters, preliminary engineering, conceptual and pre-design services, and asset-management and lifecycle planning for transportation infrastructure and facilities.
