Description
Pinellas County is establishing an as-needed contract for portable sanitation and hygiene facilities supporting routine operations and emergency response. The scope includes supplying, delivering, installing, securing, maintaining, servicing, relocating, and removing standard, ADA-compliant, deluxe, and handwashing units. Units must be clean, operational, stocked, properly placed, and serviced according to rental duration; 24/7 emergency shelters require twice-daily cleaning. Emergency requirements include 24/7 availability, delivery and service within four hours, hurricane pre-staging, storm-resistant securing, post-impact inspection, and replacement of damaged units within 24 hours. The County may also request restroom, shower, laundry, and sleeper trailers with alternate power and fuel support. Pricing must include delivery, setup, cleaning, movement, repairs, fuel, demobilization, and removal. The contract is for 36 months from award, with two possible 12-month extensions.
