Description
Pinellas County is conducting a Request for Information to identify available digital evidence and exhibits management solutions for county court and circuit court entities. The desired solution should support secure evidence submission by internal and external users, evidence and exhibit review workflows, confidentiality and status controls, chain of custody, audit logging, search, inventory, reporting, retention, appeals-related retrieval, and authorized destruction. Vendors are asked to describe capabilities for authentication, mobile and large-file uploads, court-system and case-management integrations, APIs, security, encryption, U.S.-based hosting, compliance, backup and recovery, training, implementation, support, and test environments. The RFI is for market research and future procurement planning only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract. Responses must be submitted through the OpenGov portal; email responses are not accepted.
