Description
Pinellas County is establishing a pool of certified Small Business Enterprise consultants under the Consultant Competitive Negotiations Act for professional work assignments below the $150,000 local-market threshold. Qualified firms may be considered for engineering, surveying and mapping, architectural, landscape architecture, planning, coastal management, and construction management services; individual assignments are not guaranteed. Applicants must meet the stated SBE eligibility requirements, including location in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, or Manatee County, no more than 50 full-time employees, and applicable gross-revenue limits. Submissions must address the firm's qualifications and experience and include the required certification, SF 330, licenses or certifications, SBE certificate, insurance materials, and professional consultant certification form. Evaluation considers professional personnel, experience and past performance, and SBE status, with a minimum score of 75 points for shortlisting.
