Description
The Pinellas County School District is soliciting an all-or-none bid for districtwide delivery of commercial doors and frames, including natural birch wood doors; galvanized and primed non-rated and one-hour fire-rated metal doors; welded and knock-down metal frames; astragals; window frames and lite kits; louvers; transoms and side panels; hinges and other miscellaneous hardware; and door and frame preparation services. Products must meet the specified fire-rating, material, hardware-preparation, and industry-standard requirements, with Steelcraft and other named products serving as preferred or reference products where stated. Alternate products may require samples and complete technical specifications. The contract includes firm pricing for the initial term, delivery after receipt of order, replacement-parts availability for five years after equipment delivery and acceptance, and installation or assembly when requested. Bidders must complete the electronic bid proposal and required certifications and forms, including the human-trafficking affidavit, principal-place-of-business statement, public-entity-crimes statement, drug-free workplace certification, debarment form, business-entity documentation, references, and required confirmations. The solicitation is an all-or-none award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with an estimated contract value of approximately $250,000 per year, excluding renewal options.
