Description
The 13th Judicial Circuit Court seeks a multimedia graphic designer to support organizational communications, branding, marketing, and public-information initiatives. Required work includes graphic layouts using Adobe Creative Suite, logo and original artwork development, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, social media graphics, promotional materials, website layouts and content, videos, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, infographics, training curricula, periodic and special reports, photography for portraits and live events, project management, client-facing discussions, progress reporting, and quality assurance. The contractor must work on-site Monday through Friday, eight hours per day, generally from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding 14 annual court holidays. Digital content must comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The contract is for three years, with a mutual one-year renewal option, and award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for all line items. The estimated project value is $188,928.
