The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is soliciting an all-or-none monthly price for one ADA-compliant portable toilet at Washington County Public Fishing Lake. The monthly price must include delivery, setup, pickup, all fees, and servicing once per week. The initial contract period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The agency intends to establish a renewable, multi-year agreement, with annual renewals and a maximum term of five years. The cumulative agreement value may not exceed $25,000, and pricing, products, services, specifications, and deliverables must remain consistent throughout the contract term.
