The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is requesting pricing for one standard portable toilet and one ADA-compliant portable toilet at Marine Resources Delta Port. Each unit must be serviced once per week, with monthly pricing inclusive of delivery, setup, pickup, and all fees, including fuel surcharges. The first valid period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The agency intends to establish an annually renewable, multi-year agreement with a maximum term of five years, and the cumulative agreement value may not exceed $25,000. The solicitation is all-or-none.
