Description
The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is requesting one portable ADA-compliant toilet for Monroe County Public Fishing Lake. The monthly rental price must include delivery, setup, pickup, all fees, and weekly servicing during the service period from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The agency intends to establish a multi-year agreement renewed annually, with a maximum term of five years and a cumulative value not exceeding $25,000. The supplier must maintain consistent pricing, products, services, specifications, and deliverables throughout the agreement.
