Description
Hillsborough County Public Schools is seeking primary and secondary contractors to supply, configure, image, provision, deploy, support, repair, and maintain Windows laptops, Windows desktops, Chromebooks, all-in-one computers, and specialized devices for students and employees. The scope includes enrollment in Microsoft Intune and Google Workspace, firmware and operating-system updates, application installation, asset tagging, inventory capture, quality-control testing, packaging, shipment, and site-based delivery. The solicitation also covers device warranties, accidental damage protection, repair services, replacement parts, self-maintainer capabilities, BIOS/UEFI management, asset-management options, and secure chain-of-custody controls. Required offerings include student and general-use laptops, high-end laptops, general-use desktops, CTE gaming desktops, and student Chromebooks meeting specified technical requirements. The estimated first-year rollout includes approximately 13,000 teacher Windows devices, 1,000 student Windows devices, and 2,500 student Chromebooks, with additional purchases for grants, career and technical education, site-based orders, and non-standard configurations. No minimum quantity is guaranteed. The estimated yearly budget is $34,000,000, and the initial contract term is three years with up to two additional one-year renewals.
