The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is soliciting an all-or-none quote for one handicap portable toilet at Manatee Park and one handicap portable toilet at Pitcher Plant Bog. Each unit must be delivered, set up, picked up, and serviced weekly. Manatee Park service includes pumping the holding tank, washing the interior, adding aromatic solution, furnishing three rolls of toilet paper, and maintenance as needed; the Pitcher Plant Bog unit requires maintenance as needed. Pricing must be provided per month and include all fees, including fuel surcharges. The first valid period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The agency intends to renew the agreement annually, with a maximum term of five years and a cumulative value not exceeding $25,000.
