Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, is conducting a sources-sought notice for septic pumping services at Hannibal Locks and Dam. The work includes pumping and cleaning 1,000-gallon and 650-gallon septic holding tanks, removing and disposing of effluent and debris at a licensed disposal facility, and furnishing all required labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and incidentals in compliance with applicable state and federal requirements. The 1,000-gallon tank is expected to be serviced once annually, with one additional as-needed service, while the 650-gallon tank is expected to be serviced five times annually, with four additional as-needed services. Approximately 200 feet of hose is required to access the 650-gallon tank. The anticipated resulting contract would be firm fixed price with a five-year ordering period consisting of one base year and four option periods. Respondents are asked to submit a capability and interest statement describing relevant experience; the future solicitation and performance work statement are not yet available.
