The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is requesting one ADA-compliant portable toilet for Fayette Public Fishing Lake. The supplier must provide delivery, setup, pickup, all applicable fees, and servicing once per week; pricing is based on a 28-day billing cycle with 13 billing cycles per year. The first contract year is stated as October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The agency intends to establish a multi-year agreement renewed annually, with a maximum term of five years and a cumulative value not exceeding $25,000.
