Description
The State of Vermont, on behalf of the Vermont Fish & Wildlife Department, is seeking contractors to provide printing, graphic design, advertising sales, and associated digital services for the Vermont Fishing Guide and Regulations and the Hunting and Trapping Guide. Bidders may submit proposals for one guide or both guides. The contract period is five years, with annual price adjustments permitted after the initial two-year term. Proposals must be submitted electronically by September 8, 2026, at 4:30 PM Eastern Time; questions are due September 2, 2026. No bidders’ conference will be held.
