Description
Pasadena Independent School District is soliciting proposals for yearbooks, including associated publishing, editorial, writing, translation, and yearbook services. The solicitation requires respondents to submit a completed and signed IRS W-9, and, when applicable, a completed and signed Conflict of Interest Questionnaire (CIQ). Texas Ethics Commission Form 1295 must be completed online, printed, signed, and uploaded. Proposals must be submitted through the district's online eBid System.
