Description
The Town of Haddam is soliciting bids for one-time chipping and complete removal of a brush and wood pile at its transfer station. The bidder must provide one combined price for chipping and removal, chip all material regardless of size, load chips immediately into trailers without stockpiling, and dispose of the chips at an approved site. The work area must be regraded and cleaned to the Town's satisfaction. Any additional brush received between October 2, 2026, and completion must be chipped and removed at no additional cost. Work is limited to Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and must be completed within two weeks of bid award. The bid must include proof of insurance and a list of references.
