Description

The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for removal, transportation, treatment, disposal, and recycling of RCRA and non-RCRA hazardous wastes, state-regulated and non-state-regulated wastes, universal wastes, compressed gases, PCBs, PFAS-related wastes, batteries, corrosives, flammables, reactive and toxic wastes, and other listed waste streams. The scope includes waste characterization and laboratory analysis, hazardous waste profile sheets, manifests and shipping documentation, certificates of disposal, destruction, or recycling when required, packaging and container provision, rolloff box and vacuum box rentals, bulk liquid pumping, overpacking and lab packing, and industrial cleaning services, including permit-required confined-space work when ordered. Services will support military and government installations and pickup locations in California and Nevada, including local and remote sites within the defined service region. Contractors must use qualified treatment, storage, and disposal facilities and transporters, comply with applicable federal and state environmental, transportation, and safety requirements, provide trained personnel and equipment, and meet specified removal and service timeframes. The contract includes a 30-month base period and a 30-month option period; the anticipated base period begins in February 2027 and the anticipated option period begins in August 2029.
