Description
The General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from owners or authorized representatives for 24,050 to 26,455 ABOA square feet of fully serviced office space in Las Vegas and North Las Vegas, Nevada. The lease would have a 240-month full term and a 180-month firm term, with two surface parking spaces. Offered space must be contiguous, meet specified configuration requirements, and accommodate the required functional sections, including command, support, operations, testing, medical, and counselor areas. The property must provide access for private-bus drop-off and pickup, nearby restaurants and public transportation, acceptable noise levels, and compliance with federal fire-safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, and floodplain requirements. Expressions of interest must include property identification, available square footage and floors, full-service rental rates incorporating stated allowances, operating costs, and ownership authorization when submitted by a representative other than the owner or manager.
