CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA INVITATION TO BID BID No. 608015-26 - Annual Requirements Contract for Air Conditioning Parts and Supplies Bid Opening: Tuesday, September 17, 2026 at 3:00:00 p.m. Information can be found on the Clark County website under “Current Opportunities” or by calling (702) 455-2897. Description
Clark County is soliciting bids for an annual requirements contract covering 17 packages of air-conditioning parts and supplies. The scope includes motors, hard-start kits, relays, capacitors, compressors, coil cleaner, leak detector, vacuum pump oil, air vents, contactors, filter driers, controllers, tubing, thermostats, product-line discounts, brazing supplies, and related HVAC components. Several packages require specified manufacturer products with no substitutions, while other line items permit equal products and require the offered manufacturer and part number. The solicitation identifies estimated annual spending of $150,000 for Package 1, $40,000 for Package 2, $115,000 for Package 3, $20,000 each for Packages 4 through 13, and $25,000 each for Packages 14 through 17. Responses must be submitted through the online bid event, including the required Bidder's Statement of Authority to Submit Bid, representative contact information, local facility information, pricing, and manufacturer details where requested. Bidders must certify that they are authorized to represent and bind their companies.
