Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, through the Department of General Services, is issuing an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) for Hazardous/Residual Waste Removal Services. The purpose of this ITQ is to qualify responsible and responsive contractors to pick up, transport, and dispose of hazardous and residual waste generated by Commonwealth agencies. This contract does not include municipal waste collection. Pickup locations will be specified in each Request for Quote (RFQ) issued under this contract. Contractors must possess a valid PA DEP Hazardous Waste Transporter License, select the counties in which they can serve, and have a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The contract term runs until December 31, 2031, with an option to renew for an additional five years. Qualification submissions must be completed electronically through the PA JAGGAER Portal.
