Description
The Clark County Department of Aviation is soliciting sealed bids for an annual requirements contract covering generator inspection, corrective maintenance, load bank testing, and preventative maintenance for automatic transfer switch equipment at Harry Reid International Airport, the Airport Rent-a-Car Center, Henderson Executive Airport, Jean Sport Aviation Center, and North Las Vegas Airport. The successful bidder is solely responsible for transportation, deployment, setup, takedown, and all associated costs for the 2,500 kVA pad-mounted transformer required for load bank testing on specified line items. All questions and bids must be processed through the NGEM System. Potential bidders must register as suppliers, and electronic bids must be submitted through the system; email, fax, and hard-copy submissions will not be considered. No pre-bid conference will be held. The Emerging Small Business certification program is provided for informational purposes and is not identified as a set-aside.
