Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity services primarily for the removal, transportation, recycling, and final disposal of electronic waste generated at U.S. Department of Defense installations in Turkiye. Contractors and any subcontracted treatment, storage, and disposal facilities (TSDFs) or transporters must already be registered to do business in Turkiye and comply with applicable Turkish and European hazardous-waste, transportation, and environmental requirements. The contract includes one 30-month base period and one 30-month option period, with performance beginning no later than November 23, 2026. The solicitation is unrestricted and requires a price volume, capability statements, anticipated TSDFs and transporters, a description of the proposed approach, and past-performance information. Amendment 0003 reschedules the virtual pre-proposal meeting to October 22, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time; interested vendors should email the contracting contact by October 20 to receive access instructions. A signed acknowledgment of Amendments 0001, 0002, and 0003 must be submitted with the proposal.
