Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity services for the preparation, containerization, characterization, marking, labeling, removal, transportation, recycling, and final disposal of hazardous materials and hazardous waste generated at U.S. military installations in Türkiye. The scope includes electronic waste, fuels, solvents, batteries, asbestos, contaminated soils and absorbents, paints, refrigerants, fire-extinguishing residues, AFFF/PFAS-related waste, compressed gas cylinders, and other waste streams identified in the price schedule. The contractor may also be ordered to provide sampling and laboratory analysis, hazardous waste profile sheets, packaging and containers, roll-off rentals, overpacking and lab packing, industrial cleaning, and related documentation and certification services. The contractor must comply with Turkish and European hazardous-waste, transportation, and environmental requirements; maintain applicable permits and registrations; and use only DLA-qualified treatment, storage, and disposal facilities and transporters. Pickup locations include Incirlik, Ankara, Malatya, and İzmir. The contract includes a 30-month base period and one 30-month option period, with performance beginning no later than November 23, 2026. Proposals require a certifications and price volume plus a past-performance volume, including up to three relevant contracts from the previous three years.
