Description
The City of Redlands is seeking a property and casualty insurance consultant and broker of record to develop and maintain its insurance program. The selected firm will market, evaluate, and service insurance placements on the City's behalf while supporting cost containment and fiscally responsible risk retention and transfer strategies. The scope also includes consultation on coverage interpretation, safety and risk-reduction strategies, regulatory compliance with local, state, federal, and national authorities, and cost recovery related to damage to City property or claims brought against the City. The cost proposal must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope. The solicitation identifies electronic and paper response formats and requests both a cost file and a response file.
