TEANECK BOARD OF EDUCATION TEANECK, NEW JERSEY 07666 LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS EXTRAORDINARY UNSPECIFIABLE SERVICES (EUS) The Teaneck Board of Education hereby advertises for competitive proposals using the Extraordinary Unspecifiable Services (EUS) procurement method for BROKER OF RECORD SERVICES; HEALTH BENEFITS EUS/RFP #2627-01 All necessary EUS/RFP specifications and proposal forms may be secured upon written request to: Dr. Victor J. Anaya School Business Administrator/Board Secretary Teaneck Board of Education 651 Teaneck Road Teaneck, New Jersey 07666 Email: vanaya@teaneckschools.org Proposal responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered to the Office of the School Business Administrator/ Board Secretary of the Teaneck Board of Education on or before the date and time indicated below. The envelope is to bear the following information: Title: BROKER OF RECORD SERVICES; HEALTH BENEFITS EUS/RFP No.: EUS/RFP #2627-01 Name and Address of Vendor EUS/RFP Due Date: Wednesday, September 30, 2026 EUS/RFP Deadline Time: 11:00 a.m. All vendors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any non-responsive proposals or all proposals pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22 and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions that may be in the best interest of the Board.
