Description
Pima County is soliciting bids for supplemental four-color printing, bindery, die-cutting, and mailing services when the County Print Shop cannot complete requested work because of workload, capacity, equipment, or other operational limitations. Services include processing artwork supplied by the County, preparing proofs, production, pickup and delivery of materials, and mailing. The contractor must maintain suitable equipment, personnel, and technical expertise at its facility; outsourcing is permitted only with prior notification to the County. Projects may be issued on an as-required basis, and the contractor must provide delivery within 30 calendar days after an order is issued. The contract has a one-year base term with four one-year renewal options. Bidders must submit a complete and signed Offer Agreement, unit pricing through the online solicitation portal, and the required business-formation or licensing documentation. A current City of Tucson Small Business Enterprise certification may qualify a bidder for a five-percent preference on contracts not exceeding $500,000 per contract year. Insurance certification is required from the successful offeror after the notice of recommendation for award, rather than with the bid.
