Description
Pima County is soliciting quotes for BEST Keystone Web key inventory software to work with its existing locks. The requirement is strictly for the web-based application; no IT professional or key-management staffing is being requested. The procurement is a no-substitute requirement for the BEST Keystone Web-New License ID BESKSWN and must support licenses for five computers in the Parks and Recreation Department. The resulting contract will provide the software on an as-required basis through delivery orders for an initial one-year term, with four one-year renewal options. The solicitation also requires completion and submission of the 14-page Offer Agreement, including the applicable qualifications, pricing, amendment acknowledgment, certification, and offer-certification sections. Insurance documentation is required from the winning offeror after award, not with the initial response.
