Description
The City of Cleveland is soliciting pricing for an as-needed requirement contract covering a broad range of printed materials and reproduction services. Items include brochures, folders, envelopes, postcards, bin tags, planners, tax forms, tickets, carbon-interleaved and NCR forms, plastic and property bags, tamper- and weather-resistant labels, and tamper-resistant signs. Specifications include various paper stocks, sizes, colors, perforations, numbering, folding, packaging, and minimum order quantities. The scope also includes miscellaneous printed materials and graphic supplies, plus graphic design and typesetting billed in 15-minute increments. The awarded vendor must provide a proof for each individual job unless otherwise approved, include shipping in quoted pricing, and fulfill orders as needed. The purchase order is not to exceed $49,900, with service dates stated as September 25, 2026, through September 25, 2028.
